AYANA Villas Bali is the all-villa hotel of the AYANA Bali estate, on the clifftop at Karang Mas in Jimbaran overlooking the Indian Ocean. Its 78 villas, one- and two-bedroom villas of 500 to 530 sq m and a presidential villa, each have a private pool, a garden and butler service. It has the River Pool, DAVA Steak & Seafood and the Martini Bar; the estate tram links it with the AYANA Spa and Kubu Beach.

- DAVA Steak & Seafood serves Argentine-style grills of Wagyu beef and line-caught seafood at dinner with ocean and sunset views and is the villa guests' a la carte breakfast venue; the adults-only Martini Bar next to it serves more than 50 martinis and light bites from 6 to 11 pm.
- Every villa has 24-hour butler service; a floating brunch in the villa pool and a candlelit dinner in the villa garden can be arranged, and villa guests have a guaranteed reservation at the estate's Rock Bar.
- Villa guests use the estate's shared facilities, among them the AYANA Spa, the 24-hour AYANA Gym, tennis courts with private lessons, aerial yoga sessions, the AYANA Ocean Adventure kids' club next to the AYANA Main Pool, and Kubu Beach.
