AYANA Segara Bali is a hotel opened in 2022 on a hilltop inside the AYANA Bali estate on the Jimbaran cliffs, looking over the ocean and Jimbaran Bay. Its 205 rooms and suites, now with ocean-view residences, share a multi-tiered indoor-outdoor pool, the Luna rooftop infinity pool and bar, and the Karang and Scusa restaurants; an estate tram takes guests to Kubu Beach, the AYANA Spa and the other pools.

- On a hilltop in the 90-hectare AYANA Bali estate on the Jimbaran cliffs at Karang Mas, AYANA Segara opened on 5 November 2022 as the estate's fourth hotel, after AYANA Villas, AYANA Resort and RIMBA; its rooms look over the forest, the Indian Ocean or Jimbaran Bay.
- It opened with 205 rooms and suites: One Bedroom rooms of 58 to 65 sq m (Ocean View, Resort View and Jimbaran Bay), Resort View Suites of 93 sq m with a separate living room, and Two Bedroom Ocean View rooms of 130 sq m, each with a terrace daybed; Ocean View Residences of 80 and 130 sq m and a 217 sq m two-bedroom residence with a private pool are now also sold.
- The Segara Indoor-Outdoor Pool is multi-tiered, with a smaller pool below the main one and the Segara Pool Bar beside it; the Luna rooftop infinity pool looks out over the ocean at sunset and is closed to children under 12.
- Karang serves Indonesian dishes and the breakfast buffet from 6.30 am to 11 pm by the pool, Scusa serves Mediterranean dinners indoors or on a terrace, and the Luna Rooftop Bar serves cocktails and sharing plates with DJ sets.
- Segara has its own gym, and an estate tram links it with the rest of AYANA Bali: Kubu Beach, a private cove reached by an elevator, the Rock Bar, the AYANA Spa, the kids' club, tennis, yoga classes and the estate's other pools and restaurants.
