Kiara Beachtown is a beachfront resort of serviced apartments on Jl. Pratama in Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua, which opened in June 2026. On the beach at Jl. Pratama No. 80 in Tanjung Benoa, on the east shore of the Benoa peninsula about 800 m south of the Grand Mirage Resort; it soft-opened in June 2026 (official news of 2026-04-21) and the airport is about 20 minutes away (official).
The units are apartments with fully equipped kitchens, 65-inch smart TVs and balconies or terraces: One Bedroom Deluxe Suites (garden, pool-access and partial ocean view suites on the upper floors), Two Bedroom Suites with ocean or pool views and a Two Bedroom Family Suite, and Three Bedroom Premier and Courtyard View Suites; long stays are offered.
There are two pools: a beachfront pool on the shoreline with direct beach access, sunbeds and drinks from the Tiki Beach bar, and a quieter courtyard pool with daybeds in the inner courtyard, both open from 7 am to 9 pm.
Isla is the all-day Mediterranean restaurant, opening onto the water, with pizza, pasta and sharing plates from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm; Tiki Beach is a beach bar on the sand from noon to 10 pm, and Crazy Rick's sports bar is announced as coming soon.
Kiara Spa offers Balinese treatments, recovery therapies and after-sun care from 9 am to 9 pm, and Kiara Gym, with free weights, racks and cardio machines, is open 24 hours; a Kids & Teens Club is announced as coming soon.
Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boats, snorkelling and reef trips, paddleboarding and fishing charters are offered on the beach in front, Tanjung Benoa's water-sports shore (official beach page; Google lists snorkeling and watercraft rental).
