- Its 10 suites are century-old gladaks, traditional wooden houses from East Java that were taken apart, moved to Bali and rebuilt as freestanding air-conditioned suites: Gladak Studios and Asa Maia Suites with a super king bed or two queen beds, each with a porch, a lounge corner and an indoor-outdoor bathroom, some with copper or bluestone tubs.
- The suites surround a central pavilion and a 25-metre free-form saltwater pool; beside them are subterranean hot (40°C) and cold (7.5°C) pools for contrast therapy, sunk five metres into the ground next to a fire pit, and a Himalayan salt and infrared sauna.
- The spa in the main pavilion offers massages, facials, body treatments, hair and nail care, and the yoga and meditation shala, a converted Javanese house on top of the pavilion, holds Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa and Yin classes.
