Gdas Bali Health and Wellness Resort is an adults-only wellness resort of 28 keys in Banjar Kumbuh, Mas, south of central Ubud, facing gardens and rice paddies. - The Bali Eden, open 6 am to 9 pm, has a bath house, steam room, infrared sauna, contrast pools (a cold plunge of 5 to 10 °C and a warm plunge of 40 °C) and a gym, alongside the Eden Longevity Centre and Arana Spa.
- Daily yoga, meditation and fitness classes are included, in a Yoga Shala and a Hot Studio, and retreat programmes of 4, 6 or 9 nights (Mind Balance, Body Balance, Detox, Sleep Well) are offered.
- Food is plant-based: Tangi Restaurant serves vegan dishes in a dining hall overlooking the jungle, and Spice of Eden combines a restaurant with a co-working space.
