- Pacifica by Cocana is the all-day restaurant, Pacifica Poolsuite is the pool club on the front lawn, and the Cocana Sunset Club serves grills and cocktails on the beach facing Mount Agung; the Sensei Ikan omakase counter was announced to open on 1 October 2026.
- SAO Spa and a gym are on site, and the resort arranges paddle boarding, snorkelling, catamaran charters, horse riding and cycling.
- The resort opened in December 2023 on the west (sunset) side of Gili Trawangan and received Tripadvisor's Travellers' Choice award in 2025 and 2026.
