Legian Beach

Beach in Legian (South Bali).

Legian Beach is the stretch of sand between Kuta and Double Six, wide and flat, with a paved beachfront path and beach bars that set out umbrellas and beanbags on the sand. It is a little quieter than Kuta and good for long walks, and its consistent beach breaks are more powerful than Kuta's, with surf schools giving beginner lessons. Currents can be strong, so swim only where the lifeguard flags show it is safe.
