CitraLand Waterpark Denpasar
Water park in Denpasar (South Bali).
CitraLand Waterpark Denpasar is a pirate-themed outdoor water park in the CitraLand housing estate on Jalan Cargo Permai in Ubung Kaja, north Denpasar, about 6 km inland from Kerobokan and Canggu. Built by the developer Ciputra Group and opened in January 2016, it covers some 6,000 square metres, with a dark tube slide ridden on a tyre, a three-lane racer slide, a pink foam pool and a pirate ship whose giant bucket tips over the children's and baby pools.
With children
Children of about two to nine clamber over the pirate ship and wait for its bucket to tip; older brothers and sisters race each other down the three-lane slide and brave the dark tube. It opens only at weekends and on public holidays (check before you go), and the seating fills up, so arrive early. Outside food is not allowed.
