Impiana Private Villas Ubud is a resort of 69 suites and villas on Jl. Raya Sayan in Kedewatan, opened in 2025 on a hillside above the Ayung River and designed by Balinese architect Popo Danes. It has a two-tier infinity pool, the all-day Bijan restaurant and bar, the Ayung Riverside grill restaurant, a riverside spa, a yoga shala, a gym and a kids' corner.

• A two-tier infinity pool looks over rice terraces and gardens; Bijan, the all-day restaurant with a sunken bar, overlooks the rice fields, and Ayung Riverside serves Asian barbecue and grills on the river's edge.
• The spa by the Ayung River gives traditional Balinese treatments from 11 am to 10 pm, the Yoga Shala stands by the river, and the gym has jungle views.
• Children have the Kids Corner with games and crafts (the official page says it has no attendant), and the resort also has the Cempaka Lounge, a Living Room with a library and a function hall for up to 150 guests.
• Services include airport transfers, a shuttle to local markets, in-villa spa treatments, private barbecues and wedding planning.
