The Sankara Beach Penida is a small beachfront hotel at Ped on the north coast of Nusa Penida, opened in 2023 and run by Asta Purana Hospitality. It has 15 ocean-front rooms and suites of 42 sq m, an ocean-view pool area with the Tapa Pool Bar, the all-day Matan Ai Restaurant, snorkelling on the house reef from the beach and in-room massages.

• On the beach at Ped on Nusa Penida's north coast; fast boats from Sanur take about 45 minutes, and the hotel is about 15 minutes by car from Buyuk harbour and 20 minutes from Banjar Nyuh, Sampalan and Toya Pakeh.
• It has 15 rooms in two types, Deluxe Ocean Front and Suite Ocean Front, both 42 sq m with a king bed and a terrace facing the sea; the suites add a deep soaking tub.
• The East and West Swimming Pool overlooks the ocean, with the Tapa Pool Bar for cocktails and snacks, and Matan Ai Restaurant serves international and Indonesian dishes all day with sea views.
• Snorkelling gear and a beach team are on hand for the house reef just off the shore, and staff arrange boat trips to snorkel at Manta Point, private car tours to Diamond Beach, Atuh Beach and Teletubbies Hills, romantic dinners by the sea and in-room Balinese massages.
• It opened in 2023 and is run by Asta Purana Hospitality, which also runs The Sankara Resort & Spa and The Sankara Suites and Villas in Ubud.
