The Mansion Resort Hotel & Spa is a resort of about 150 rooms, suites and villas in Penestanan on the Sayan ridge, a few minutes' drive west of central Ubud, set in gardens with water features. It has six pools, the Indochine and Plumeria restaurants and Cafe La Terrace, the Heaven & Earth Spa, a gym with a sauna and a wellness centre with open-air shalas.

• In the artists' village of Penestanan on the Sayan ridge, a few minutes' drive west of central Ubud (about 3 km from Ubud Palace), in a garden estate with coconut palms and water features; the resort was established in 2000 and is filled with Balinese art.
• About 150 units: Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms around garden courtyards, Villa Residences (free-standing bungalows, some with thatched roofs), Family Rooms and two-bedroom Family Residences, the Governor suites, the two-room Raja Suite in the main hall, One Bedroom Plunge Pool Villas in wooden bungalows and two Two Bedroom Pool Villas with a private pool and living area.
• Six swimming pools are spread through the grounds, among them the Beach Club Pool and the ozone-cleaned Crystal Blue Pool at the Mansion Wellness wing.
• The Indochine Restaurant serves Asian and Continental dishes among antiques; Plumeria, at the Wellness wing, is a plant-based and pescatarian restaurant and bar with a rooftop terrace and herbs from its own aquaponics garden; Cafe La Terrace serves a casual menu by the pools.
• The Heaven & Earth Spa and the Mansion Wellness Centre offer massages, holistic treatments, classes and retreat programmes in more than 10 open-air shalas; the grounds also hold a gym with a sauna, the Sayan Aesthetic Institute with a dental clinic, an art museum, shops and ballrooms.
• For families there are Family Rooms and Residences, baby cots, high chairs and babysitting, and a Kids Club for children up to 7 (closed for renovation at the time of writing).
